Ready for a cold plunge?
During our Level 2 Breathing Optimization Training, our Buteyko students learn additional techniques for improving their health. One of them is Russian Tempering where we use cold and hot temperatures as well as natural elements such as water, snow, wind, etc. to strengthen the immune, nervous and cardiovascular systems. In this video, Sasha Yakovleva who has been practicing and teaching Nature Tempering for many years is celebrating the winter in the Rocky Mountains following the footsteps of Dr. Buteyko who practiced and taught Russian Tempering as well.
