Take a moment and notice your breathing. Become familiar with it: you need to know exactly how you breathe when you are physically active or at rest, when you talk, sing, eat, or when you argue with someone. Do you often breathe through your mouth? If your answer is 'yes', you hyperventilate, meaning that your body consumes more air than it needs. Excessive breathing is damaging to all bodily systems and, consequently, it contributes into the development of many diseases. Remember, there is no health without healthy breathing. Take a moment and notice how you breathe.
