Fred Brown, an Advanced Buteyko Specialist and Respiratory Therapist, was the perfect teacher for this Breathe Less community member. Fred himself had improved his quality of sleep through Buteyko Breathing training and was excited to work with this young woman as she uncovered how her own insomnia was dissipating as she moved deeper into her Buteyko breathing practice. Ironically, both individuals weren’t expecting this positive side effect from the Buteyko Breathing Normalization Method, and in this video, she shares with Fred how she’s saying goodbye to her sleep medications and she isn’t sad about it one bit!
