I want to express my sincerest gratitude for the hard work and dedication of Sasha Yakovleva at the Buteyko Breathing Center for the help she has given me to improve my breathing. I no longer consider myself an asthmatic. I was on inhaled steroids and albuterol and now I am free from any asthma control medication. Sasha is intuitive, patient, and unbelievably knowledgeable and through her guidance, I have learned how to manage and improve my breathing, how to relax, and understand what I need to do to keep healthy, physically and emotionally. I look forward to learning more and being able to learn and share the Buteyko Breathing Normalization method and help others the way that Sasha helped me.
