Free Diving Needs Buteyko Breathing

This teacher of freediving from Columbia took the Buteyko Breathing Normalization course to improve his performance as a diver and also to improve his health and energy levels. For two months, he was practicing various Buteyko Breathing exercises with Sasha Yakovleva, Advanced Buteyko Specialist. He achieved his goals by finishing this individual program with a Positive Maximum Pause of 170 seconds at sea level.
