A few things came together for me during this Buteyko Mastermind journey. The number one is that I nearly stopped drinking any alcohol, which is a big thing if you had a lifetime of steady drinking. The change was remarkable! I have also done the same thing with sugar, and it’s been great too. I am also heading to drop drinking coffee. So, I am stopping all these three habits, which had a negative impact on my health. I came from a family of long steady drinkers; my parents and my brothers and sisters did that. So, dropping the habit of drinking alcohol was particularly significant for me. I can’t say anything more; it’s just been fabulous!
