Buteyko Breathing Method Helped With COPD And Emphysema *

I’m a 68 year old male Tai Chi instructor living in the UK.

For the last 10 years I have been suffering with COPD, emphysema, and I have been put on a lot of medication and using oxygen. I always knew that this didn’t feel right for me.

One day while browsing the internet I came across The Buteyko Breathing Center, and after having a consultation with Thomas, I decide to take the Buteyko Breathing Normalization course early in December. Since doing this course my medication has halved, and I very rarely have to use my oxygen.
