I was taken to the hospital as soon as I was born, and I spent a lot of my youth in the hospital. I had asthma, bronchitis, and pneumonia, and was on several asthma medications. Medication wasn’t helping me at all. When I was older, I found out about Dr. Buteyko and his discoveries. I learned the method and I am without medication; haven’t been ill in I don’t know how long. I’ve had no colds, no flu…I was already a Naturopath, and after this experience, I became a Buteyko Breathing Specialist. Now, I have the perfect tools to help asthmatics.
