I’m so incredibly grateful for the new world that has opened up to me through learning the Buteyko breathing method. In addition to the many physical health benefits that come from learning how to breathe properly, the benefits to my mental health have been quite palpable. Doing the Buteyko exercises always brought a sense of peace, calm, and serenity to an otherwise hectic day, and helped me put life in perspective. And carrying these breathing principles with me into my regular daily activities helped make my normal routine more manageable, with decreased levels of anxiety. Since taking Sasha’s course, I feel equipped to continue to grow in the Buteyko practices, which has also been empowering. Sasha ensures that it’s not just a “one and done” experience.
