I am privileged to work with this beautiful family from Saudi Arabia (their picture is above), which discovered that everyone in their family needs Dr. Buteyko‘s Breathing Normalization. After their second session of the BBN Training course, they created a video, which Aliza, their six-year-old daughter, narrated. This brilliant girl became my assistant, helping her mom and dad improve respiration by breathing like a Little Mouse. I believe this video is helpful to anyone who practices the Buteyko method.
