Free Of Asthma Symptoms And Free Of Medication After BBN Training *

I am a 44-year-old female who suddenly developed asthma symptoms at 42 years of age. Suddenly I had to take deep breaths and I felt I was suffocating especially at night. For one year I saw 5 different specialists who each gave me different medications. They included Symbicort, Breo Ellipta, Flixotide, Spriva, Ventolin, Symbicort. It worked ok but I didn’t like the idea to be on medication forever. My MD, who is open-minded, told me about the Buteyko Breathing Method. I did some research and found Sasha Yakovleva, Advanced Buteyko Specialist.

Within the first session, I felt results. Within the three sessions, I stopped all my medications! Now it has been 8 months and I am Asthma free. 🙂 It takes some exercise and practice but it’s very easy to do. The program works and I really recommend the Buteyko method and exercises to anyone who has breathing issues.

The  Level 2 of the Breathing Normalization training is optional but I am glad I took it as I discovered an infection in my tooth that would have gone unnoticed if I had not taken the second part of the program. The second part can be heavy at times so you can use what may apply to you and not worry about the rest. But I still recommend the second part as you will learn a lot and you can check and see if what you learn applies to you.

I am very glad I took this Buteyko course and I am very grateful to my teacher Sasha Yakovleva who is a great, kind person dedicated to curing people. I am very happy to be able to control my asthma and to breathe again in a healthy calm way:)

Please give Sasha and her team a chance, I am convinced that they will heal you too!

Warmly,
