My experience with Breathing Normalization has been very positive. I sleep better and awake more alert and refreshed. The Breathing Exercises leave me very relaxed, especially my shoulders and neck, I feel as if I have had a massage. I’ve even noticed that the fungus I have under my toenails is healing.
I would recommend Breathing Normalization for anyone. People are concerned about what they eat and that they drink pure water and we should be but we should also be concerned about how we are breathing.
