Deadly Radiation?

It does not have to be this way, established by Dr. K.P. Buteyko.

At that time, he mostly taught his ex-patients, those who successfully applied his method to cure themselves and wanted to pass it on to others. He trained them to help other people in need for a cure but never allowed them to train others to become Buteyko practitioners.

Their logic is easy to understand: a human body needs nutrition, the more you give, the healthier it becomes. Right? It took several centuries for doctors to prove that obesity is a major risk factor for heart disease, diabetes, cancer and many other health issues. Today people are concerned with reducing their food consumption to ensure health and longevity.
