Description:
During the course, a Certified Breathing Normalization™ Specialist will teach how to do breathing exercises, explain the elements of a healthy lifestyle, theory of the method and answer individual questions. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the Breathing Normalization™ Method within a supportive group dynamic, enriched by the energy and experiences of each student.
The Breathing Normalization™ Course consists of five - two-hour classes, which are held online once a week.
Requirements: A computer with high-speed Internet service, Skype (a free service) sound, A microphone and web-camera. |

It includes: Buteyko in Motion course, Discoveries, four Guided Breathing sessions, daily physical activity and individual breathing practice plus seven night stay. |
